We test in five steps.
1. Order. We place the order through the ACBuy agent, note the date, the agent fee, the domestic shipping cost to the warehouse, and the payment method. We log the agent's response time for the first three messages.
2. Warehouse and QC. We request QC photos and, where the agent allows, extra angles. We check the photos against the listing: colour, stitching, sole pattern, hardware, labels. We record the warehouse check-in date and any consolidation delay.
3. Shipping line. We compare at least two shipping lines for cost, tracking quality, and stated transit time. We record the line we chose, the actual dispatch date, and the arrival date at our desk.
4. Hands-on. At the Rotterdam bench we unpack on camera, weigh the parcel, and inspect the item. For apparel we measure chest, shoulder, sleeve, and length with a tape and compare to the size chart. For footwear we measure the insole and check the last shape. For electronics we check the plug, voltage, and any bundled accessories. For bags we check stitch density, hardware finish, and lining. We photograph every step.
5. Scoring. We score on five points: 5 excellent, 4 good, 3 adequate, 2 poor, 1 very poor. Hands-on scores for products we ordered and tested use the full 1 to 5 scale. We convert any ten-point score from source material before using it. We publish the score as X / 5, with a short note on what held it back.
We keep a running comparison table for agent fees, shipping lines, and QC turnaround. A change to fees, QC practice or the shipping line prompts reassessment; new order evidence is dated.
Records and comparison limits
Order records distinguish a quoted shipping option from the line actually used. QC photographs show only the visible details they cover; arrival inspection, product dimensions and the dates of each charge provide the separate hands-on evidence.
