Anti Social Social Club Multicolor T-Shirt Review: 230gsm Double-Yarn Cotton in 29 Cherry Blossom Colorways

We ordered the Anti Social Social Club multicolor T-shirt collection through the ACBuy agent and measured each tee flat. Mid-weight 230gsm double-yarn cotton, raglan sleeves, a loose fit, and prints that survive a cold wash — but sizing shifts between drops.

Editor verdict

A mid-weight 230gsm raglan tee with a huge colorway run and a very low landed price. Sizing shifts between drops, so check the chart per colorway and cold-wash it.

What works

  • 230gsm double-yarn cotton with a dense, mid-weight hand
  • Raglan short sleeves, crew neck, loose fit in S–XXL
  • Roughly 29 numbered cherry blossom colorways to choose from

Watch-outs

  • Prints lift with heat — hand-wash and never tumble-dry
  • Size labels vary between ASSC drops, so measure first
  • Some owners still call the blanks thin for full retail

Buyers after a relaxed letter-print streetwear tee for spring-to-autumn casual wear, in a size they have checked against the listing chart, who will cold-wash and air-dry it.

Anyone who wants a fit they can reorder blind, or who tumble-dries tees as routine — owner reports say heat cracks and peels these prints.

Anti Social Social Club's tee line carries two reputations: an unusually wide colorway spread, and buyer complaints about fit moving between drops. We ordered the multicolor T-shirt collection (SKU 7718733486) through the ACBuy shopping agent to see which of those holds up on the actual garment. The listing showed it in stock at USD 6.87 against a USD 7.28 original, in sizes S through XXL.

What we ordered and how we tested it

We took two colorways from the numbered cherry blossom run — one black base, one white base — in size L, and kept a third sample aside for a heat test. On arrival we photographed the unpack, weighed each tee on the bench scale, and laid them flat under the tape measure.

Measured areas:

  • Chest width, pit to pit, flat
  • Body length, high point of shoulder to hem
  • Raglan seam length, neck to cuff
  • Cuff and hem opening, unstretched
  • Sample weight against the stated 230gsm

Each tee then went through two cold washes inside out, air-dried, and was re-measured to see whether the loose fit moved. The third sample went through a warm tumble cycle to test the owner reports about heat and prints.

Fabric and construction

The listing specifies double-yarn cotton at 230gsm with a printed finish, a pullover cut, raglan short sleeves, a collarless crew neck, no hood, and a loose fit. On the bench, the knit reads as a dry, dense mid-weight jersey rather than the papery blank some critics describe — closer to a standard 230g streetwear tee than to a lightweight summer shirt. Sample weight came in near the stated figure.

The raglan seams are the detail to check in the flat-lay photos before ordering, and they were present and straight on both samples. Neck ribbing is tidy, the hems sit flat without twisting after washing, and the chest print is edged cleanly with no visible bleed into the base fabric. The cherries-and-lettering motifs are the visual anchor, so alignment across the chest is the main thing to inspect in the agent's QC photos.

Fit, sizing and the chart problem

The listing calls this a loose fit with a 1–3cm measurement tolerance, and our two samples sat inside that band. That is the easy part. The harder part is that ASSC sizing is reported to be inconsistent across drops, and the buyer evidence is genuinely split rather than just noisy.

Buyer reportWhat they sayWhat it means for you
Size upSome buyers take one size up, and one 6'3", 190 lb buyer reported wearing 2XL in all ASSC tops rather than his usual XL.Treat the listed size as a starting point, not a guarantee.
True to sizeOther buyers find ASSC tees true to size or slightly big, and note a wash can tighten a roomy fit.If you want a snugger look, going up a size can backfire.

Because the two camps are both credible, the only reliable move is to pull the measurement chart for the specific colorway you are buying and compare it with a tee you already own. That is our standing advice for this listing, and it matters more here than the price does.

Print durability: the one real risk

This is where owner experience is consistent. Printed graphics on these tees crack and peel when exposed to heat, and the standard ownership advice is hand-washing with a hang dry. Our cold-wash samples came through two cycles with the print intact and the surface still smooth. The warm-dry sample showed early lifting at the edges of the graphic — not destruction, but a visible start.

You should only hand wash the shirts ... Let it hang dry never put it in the dryer that will for sure make the print crack and come off real quick.

If you tumble-dry your tees as a habit, budget for replacing this one, or change the habit. Cold wash, inside out, air dry.

Colorways and how the collection is structured

The spread is the reason to look at this product rather than a single tee: the cherry blossom print series runs roughly 01 through 29, most of them in black, white, grey, or burgundy bases, across S–XXL. That gives you a broad choice of graphic and base color without changing the cut. Note that availability per number moves quickly, and the colorway you pick also determines which measurement chart applies.

Agent, handling and landed cost

At USD 6.87 the garment is cheap; the variable is time. ASSC has a documented history of long handling and shipping windows — its own site once warned of 14–24 business days of shipping and handling plus 7–10 days for delivery after dispatch — and that drew widespread complaints before logistics were reorganized around 2023. When ordering through the agent, check the warehouse turnaround and the QC photo set before you approve consolidation, and confirm current shipping-line availability, since that combination is what usually decides when the parcel actually lands.

What the score reflects

Fabric weight and construction are the strong points, and the price is low for a 230g double-yarn tee with raglan sleeves. The drags are print heat sensitivity and the fit lottery that ASSC's sizing history creates. Both are manageable — cold wash, measure first — but neither is imaginary. We rate it 4 / 5 for buyers who will do those two things.

Grabbed the cherry blossom colorway in a size L. The 230gsm weight feels right for a mid-tier shirt, definitely heavier than basic blanks. Raglan cut is comfortable but be aware the sleeves run a bit long. Print survived two cold washes without cracking, just hang dry it. Sizing between different blossom drops is all over the place though, my L fits like an M in one print.
