Record the pre-warehouse cost separately from freight
Log the source CNY price, the displayed USD product amount, domestic delivery and any optional service. On 19 September 2026 our check on a Weidian item showed CNY 860 against US$151.29 plus 15 CNY domestic shipping, with international freight excluded — a checkout snapshot, not a fixed rate.
Turn warehouse photos into a timely decision
Inspect the QC images when they appear and choose accept, clarify or return. Basic inspection covers visible defects and obvious size, color and detail mismatches only. The 90 days of free storage are for consolidation planning, not for extending the seller's return window.
